| 1 | Submit an application to the Electrical Networks of Armenia and await technical conditions Agency: Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) The application can be submitted online since January 1, 2013 according to the PSRC Resolution N208-N dated June 13, 2012. The website is: www.ena.am. A legal entity has to submit an application accompanied with certificate of state cadaster, tax code, bank account info, certificate of privatization of the land/area (in case of a land lease the agreement of the property owner), a notary certified authorization of the person acting on behalf of the legal entity. Applicant should also submit information on requested capacity, voltage level, connection type (single-phase, three-phase) and connection point(s) as well as request for an alternative power supply. Online application also requires a copy of passport and an e-mail address of the company’s director, private entrepreneur, physical entity or their authorized persons. ENA prepares technical conditions and cost estimates. These conditions apply only to parts of the external connection and do not apply to internal wiring. As a rule, they can contain instructions for installing a new substation; cabling of the high and low voltage. In the preparation of technical specifications, ENA must conform them to the applicant. After development of technical conditions, ENA will prepare the electrical design and cost estimation documents, and obtain all approvals required by number of government agencies. Finally, ENA will submit Connection Contract to the Applicant signed by ENA that provides information on date when connection works will be completed, connection cost and payment procedure. |
